Conception:
Every child is made from an attraction. May it be physical, mentally, or emotionally. I was conceived and brought up on the likings of the late Marvin Gaye, Al Green, and Aretha Franklin and countless others. I could remember getting my hair braided at the kitchen table or celebrating at family gatherings with a hot plate of food for the soul and stories that can ignite laughter in this present day.
My mother loved to dance, and father a singer, along with his other siblings that had talents such as playing the drums, piano, and other instruments. He would sing me a lullaby from his favorite group of his time .The Delphonics, Temptations, and the Jackson Five were his top three . He was also a poet, he would remix The Bible and philosophical quotes as if they were his own. So you see, I learned parables at an early age. I grew up in the 80s, where I remember the number spots, cheese lines, and the dreadful visits to the supermarket before food stamps made its debut on the card. I understood poverty, and music related to what I lived.
The drug epidemic hit close to home and music was my outlet.
It showed me a way to be free and express how I felt, I witness it being used in a way that amazed me. I do not know if I was reacting to my ancestors rhythm or my fathers voice at conception. What I do know is that I feel in love with music, and yearned for more of what it had to offer.
Formation:
You see there is something special about finding something you love doing.
In high school, I became infamous for my rap skills. I would use that same fan base to sell my wholesale candy for double the price. In college, the same business acumen followed when I and my roomates would sell food out our dorm room window to have extra funds. In 2007, I reconnected with producer Ivan Tibbs and Ray Graham of Unimagined Ent. with whom we developed a business partnership, that allowed me to grow in experience and put my passion as a talent pusher to work.

Free Agent Ink was conceived and built on everything we all can relate to.
Free Agent Ink is about being liberated, and true to its meaning.
Free Agent Ink, service talented people in all walks of life who would normally be unheard unless signed to a major record label and/or grasp a major contract that would solidify an agencies investment. Free Agent Ink is a new hybrid for unheard talent to become visible and free of traditional ways. I respect flexibility, and thats is why Free Agent Ink is not limited to only artist. We are open to all individuals and businesses seeking placement. All characters are Welcomed!
